      Students in years 9 and 10 took their seats in the South Hall on Friday 14th July to tuck into pizza, ice cream and pick'n'mix as a well deserved reward for a year's worth of excellent attendance and high achievement.       Following on from a highly successful training expedition in Buckinghamshire in early June, sixteen year 10 students travelled to the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset for their assessment expedition on the 30th June to the 2nd July.    We arrived just after 9.00pm on Friday 30th June.     Students raised money on 23rd June 2017 for the people who were affected by the fire at Grenfell Tower by donating money as part of a non-school uniform day. Years 7 and 8 also held a charity interform basketball competition after school and a cake sale at breaktime and lunchtime. We raised a total of £805.57.
